Sermon Series: Sitting at Jesus’ Feet
When Jesus began his ministry, it didn’t take long for crowds to start following him around Galilee. He had already called his disciples. Now he began to teach the crowds—and us—what following him is really all about.
Jesus did this through the most famous sermon of all time. It is not delivered while standing in a pulpit, but while sitting on a hill. Elevated above the crowd, Jesus’ voice would carry through the air. His followers hung on his every word as Jesus preached his Sermon on the Mount.
And here, sitting at Jesus’ feet, we learn what it truly means to live the life of a follower of Christ.
